We regularly receive and invite applications from mortgage brokers who ask for our help in packaging and placing commercial mortgage financing. Our common-sense approval process is less formal than conventional lenders – allowing us to typically facilitate funding within 10 to 15 business days from receipt of the borrower’s loan application and supporting documentation. In special situations, we can provide funding within three days of receipt of the information package.
